HOW IT WORKS :
For the next 8 weeks you have 2 full classes a week to complete. Each encompassing the same topic, it’s important to repeat so the information is absorbed.
You can choose the days & times of the week to practice, keeping the spots regular each week to help with commitment.
Stay in the correct order as best you can, the classes are numbered & repeat where you need. You can refer to the PDF above as a reference & to access supporting materials/exercises.
Do the accompanying meditations to keep your flow on days you don’t have a physical practice.
