HOW IT WORKS :

For the next 9 weeks you have 2 full classes (60min & 75min) a week to complete. Each encompassing the same topic, it’s important to repeat so the information is fully absorbed.

You can choose the days and times of the week to practice, keeping the spots regular each week to help with commitment.

Stay in the correct order as best you can, the classes are numbered and feel free to repeat where you need. You can refer to the PDF above as a reference and to access supporting materials/exercises.

    This one is all about intuition & awareness. The seat of the soul.

    Our intuition becomes numbed & blocked throughout life. We are taught not to trust our inner knowing. In today’s class we tap into that inner wisdom, opening & hopefully stimulating the 6th of our chakras.

    The practice of yoga works to really stimulate this chakra. As we work up from the root chakra, we become more & more connected, to ourselves & others.

    Creating a greater trust in our intuition, deepening our understanding of our inner knowing & awareness.

    Naturally the more you practice the more connected you’ll feel, without even trying.
