Yoga uses a combination of movement, breath & a focussed mind to clear the energy pathways, mentally & physically. Stretching the issues out of our tissues and finding strength in the body & mind with a conscious breath, cultivates this wonderful awareness to accept more, be more & love more. 

The classes are alphabetically ordered within their sections.They each have a level assigned to it so you know if it will be suitable for you.

All levels - Suitable for everyone.

Beginner - Those who have just started on their yoga journey. (0-1 year)*

Experienced - Those who have some yoga experience. (1-2 years of regular practice)*

Advanced - Those who have been practicing for a while. (3+ years of regular practice)*
