For the next 30 days, you'll have access to a diverse range of practices, including stretching, strengthening, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness. 

Once you've completed the 30-day programme, you have the freedom to choose to either continue with the programme as is, a specific practice each day or simply select the practice that resonates with you on any given day. It's all about empowering you to take charge, level up and commit to your wellness journey.
