This is your meditation to complete EVERY SINGLE DAY, for the next 31 days. Ideally in the morning but if thats not possible anytime of day, maybe even the commute to work, or the way home from the school run.
Embrace the repetition as it rewires your mind for consistent feelings of greatness and positive energy each day, not just for this challenge, but for days going forward too.
This meditation is carefully created with 5 essential parts that set the tone for your day: focus, confidence, love, and inspiration. By engaging with these elements, you'll begin to see into your inner potential, you’ll begin the day with more self belief, experience a deep love without external validation, and tap into boundless inspiration which you can carry with you into your day ahead.
