Trusssss me,I know what it feels like to annoy yourself with the inconsistency… to want to, but not, to keep self-sabotaging something you know makes you feel good.
You miss the post yoga feel good feels, how incredible it was to feel strong, clear, like yourself again.
You miss the consistency, the confidence you built, the version of you that just showed up.
You know you want to practice, but you just feel like you can’t. Excuses creep in every time you try, and even if you make one class, you don’t quite stick to it… you’re not fully in it.
Maybe it’s the fear of not being good enough anymore, of not enjoying it like you used to, or not feeling how you once did in your body.
Or maybe you’re just exhausted… not only from life, but from not doing enough of the things that actually fill you up.
You want your rhythm back, you really do… you just can’t seem to find your flow.
Well, I’d love to hold space for you to attempt the comeback… imperfectly, without fear, once and for all.
Because life’s too short not to feel good and actually enjoy it. None of us are getting any younger, and some of us now have people relying on us… part of the practice is staying healthy and well so we can be of service to others. People deserve the best version of us, and we deserve our time, our peace, our strength back.
I see the fall off all the time, and I’ve been there too… a lot recently, since having Beau.
Trying to come back over and over again, starting, stopping, wanting it, but not quite landing in it.
Until something finally clicked.
And I’ve found my rhythm again… not just with my practice, but with life. With feeling good, with doing the things I know light me up.
And I have to say… it feels amazing.
So I’m holding space for your comeback, my friends.
