Creating Our Reality for the New Year

Each year, for the past 4 years, I’ve hosted this 3 hour online goal setting workshop. It is by far my most cherished, heart warming and transformative offering. I hold space for you to get clear on your dreams, aspirations, and intentions for the year ahead, and every single year I’m blown away by the feedback and the real shifts I get to witness in your lives.

What a blessing. It’s not me doing the work, I’m simply giving you the tools, time and space.

First we’ll move, breathe and meditate together to some truly epic music, opening up inspiration, clarity, and creativity. From there, we define our goals with real intention and clear alignment.

This year, we’ll once again be assisted by AI, and I honestly cannot wait to partake in this experience with you!
