EXPERIENCED CHALLENGE

“30 days, let’s go.

With some yoga practice behind you, this challenge is designed to help you build more strength & focus. Note that after 2 days of a more active physical practice, you’ll find a ‘rest’ day in which you will either meditate, breathe, journal or do a super relaxing yoga class. Some classes are then repeated. We learn & build confidence through this repetition so do not skip these please.

Try to practice at the same time of day to create a habit, a time you know you can commit to everyday. However, some classes are clearly for a certain time of day, accommodate these if you can.
