As well as completing the daily classes below, there’s a few rules you must stick to over the next week if you’re really serious about impacting your anxiety. These are small, but mighty changes that will have a huge impact on how you feel, try it, just for a week.
No alcohol or substances.
No processed foods.
No caffeine.
No screens at least 1 hour after waking and 2 hours before bed.
Daily screen time under 5 hours.
Get to bed and wake up the same time everyday.
Walk everywhere you can.
Get into nature as much as you can.
